"I am 68 year old man living by himself in a 3 level house built in 1979. I anticipate selling my home in 2 or 3 years. I wanted a ladies opinion as to how to update the house and get the best return on my investment. Room colors, closets, bathrooms, kitchen. In this old man's eyes, the house looked pretty good, but then it had become a 3 level man cave that would be difficult to sell to a lady.

While I very much appreciated Erin Gilmer's advice, I was overwhelmed by the list of updates needed. Everything she pointed out made perfect sense, but my budget was not close to what was needed.

From our first phone consultation I knew she was the perfect match for me. She has always gently guided me and yet let me make my own choices. Erin listened to what I wanted and built upon that with wonderful ideas to blend all of my rooms together so that the entire house has continuity and flow. Erin suggested wonderful paint colors, light fixtures and finishes. She has impeccable taste and worked really well with the other trades people.
